Reading and Comprehension Program for Schools

Structured literacy program for Tier II and III readers in Grades 1 - 5. Middle School programming to be released for Fall of 2026.

RAVE-O drives gains across fluency, decoding, and comprehension, as well as vocabulary.

Extensively researched with NICHD-funded RCT studies using a multicomponential approach (i.e. POSSUM Approach that combines phonics and phoneme awareness with oral language processes).

RAVE-O offers structured and scripted daily lessons that systematically develop students' decoding, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension skills. This takes lesson planning from hours to minutes.

Effective training is available through our partner network and includes 10 hours of total instruction with broader opportunities for coaching and implementation support.

The program extends RAVE-O lessons through a diverse range of carefully designed Minute Stories as well as chapter books that tie to each Module within RAVE-O. The books published by other authors were carefully selected by RAVE-O and Bookelicious for decodability, reading level, and student interest.
