This website, nidolearning.com, is operated by Nido Learning Company, Inc. (Nido Learning, we, us). By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. What these terms cover.

These terms govern your use of this website. If your school, district, or organization purchases RAVE-O products or subscribes to our software, those purchases are governed by your Order Form and our customer agreement, not by these terms. Purchases made through our online shop are also subject to the terms presented at checkout.

3. Our content.

Everything on this site, including text, curriculum descriptions, research summaries, images, and design, belongs to Nido Learning or its licensors. RAVE-O, POSSUM, and Nido Learning are trademarks of Nido Learning Company, Inc. You may view, download, and print pages for personal or internal school use. You may not republish, sell, or modify our content without written permission.

4. Research and informational content.

This site summarizes published research about the RAVE-O program, with links to the original studies so you can review them yourself. Content on this site is provided for general information. It is not professional, medical, or educational advice for any individual student.

5. Acceptable use.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use, or scrape content at scale without permission.

6. Third-party links.

We link to outside resources, including state education agencies, research publishers, and partners. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
